Open the project page to complete the project setup.

Assigning users to the project and changing its status from “setup” to “active” are necessary steps in the project setup process. The next step is to upload field notes to the levels and drops. You will be able to begin the inspections after that is finished.

Assign as many users as you need to work on this project.

Change the project status to “active”.

Go to “View Building” page to access the list of building drops.

To upload field notes you need to go to the drops page for the selected building. Field notes are uploaded for each drop and categorised according to the drop’s levels.

Open the “field notes” page for selected drop.

Review uploaded field notes or upload the new files.

You can upload multiple files for one drop. Supported file formats are JPG, JPEG, PNG.

Assign selected field note to the levels associated with it.
