Please sync all project and inspection data before the inspection.


You are able to sync everything to your iPad or iPhone in the office. The ConInspect mobile app works in offline mode if you don’t have an internet connection in the field.

Sync new projects when you open the ConInspect app.

If this is the first time you are opening the selected project in the ConInspect mobile app, you will be asked to sync all the project data from the server. Tap “Synchronize” and then “Download” button.

If you have already worked on this project using the ConInspect mobile app, sync the drop data. You should do this to make sure that you have the latest data in case there were some changes (new field notes or repair icons, codes, costs, etc.).

Before you start marking repairs in the field note, please sync inspection data. Download the latest inspection data from the server or upload your data if you haven’t done this after the previous inspection.
